This is a really good moment to be joining MGCfutures. The Creative Administrator is an exciting new role designed to support our ongoing development as the only charity committed to career development across the entire theatre industry. The role combines home and office working and offers flexible working arrangements.
MGCfutures is a unique charity offering financial aid and mentoring support to theatre practitioners seeking to develop their career within the theatre industry.
This new role has been created to assist the charity’s development as it shifts gear to raise profile and increase its donor base.
The successful candidate will be a highly competent administrator with a flair for creativity and a proven knowledge of fundraising, particularly from individuals.
They will enjoy managing social media platforms and creating compelling influential stories.
They will be adept at working independently as well as working as part of a small team.
The Creative Administrator will report directly to the Executive Director (part-time) and provide administrative support as and when required.

In your letter explain how your previous knowledge and experience address the Person Specification.
