Dominic is a writer and facilitator with twenty-five years’ experience of working with young people in theatres and schools. He has been an Associate of the Michael Grandage Company since 2012, devising and leading a range of activities and events, including writing all of the Behind The Scenes guides for the MGCfutures website. As a facilitator, Dom has worked throughout the UK and abroad for the National Theatre, Donmar Warehouse, Ambassador Theatre Group, Mousetrap and the British Council. As a writer, his plays have been staged at the Traverse Theatre, Yard Theatre, Southwark Playhouse, Theatre 503, New End Theatre and Finborough Theatre and toured the UK. As a producer, Dom ran the National Youth Music Theatre from 2008 to 2011, staging shows at Hull Truck, the Vanbrugh Theatre and Village Underground. For Deafinitely Theatre he produced the 4‑star (Times and Guardian) production of Contractions, which won the 2018 Off West End Award for Best Production.
