My journey in arts management began during my studies at the University of Roehampton, where I pursued an MA in Choreography. Progressing through various roles within venues and arts organisations, I refined my skills in creating artist development opportunities while overseeing a studio space in Camden. The pivotal moment arrived with a year-long MGCfutures Cultural Entrepreneurship Bursary in 2022, an opportunity to work with a start-up, London Performance Studios. I delved into the realms of both artistic leadership and executive functions, a journey that has seamlessly translated into my current roles. Presently, as a Creative Administrator at MGCfutures, I focus on fundraising, finance, and bursary program administration while concurrently working as the Creative Programme Lead at London Performance Studios, committed to fostering an inclusive environment for emerging talent by embracing and promoting diverse perspectives.
